Mr. Gundeep Singh Sahni

Mr. Gundeep Singh Sahni serves as the Co-Founder & Director of Citadel Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., with over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has been actively involved in business operations, client servicing, and advisory support.

A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) by qualification, Mr. Sahni brings analytical and technical expertise to insurance structuring and process optimisation. His role focuses on strengthening operational efficiency, enhancing client experience, and supporting the company’s expansion initiatives.

National Head – Claims & Strategic Business

Mr. Vikas Dubole

Mr. Vikas Dubole is the National Head – Claims & Strategic Business at Citadel Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. and brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry.

He is an ex-Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd. professional, where he served as Commercial Vehicle Head. An Automobile Engineer by qualification, Mr. Dubole possesses deep technical expertise in claims assessment, loss evaluation, and complex commercial insurance cases.

At Citadel, he leads the claims function and strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient claim resolution, insurer coordination, and strong advocacy for clients during critical situations.

Ms. Supriya Gupta

Ms. Supriya Gupta serves as President – Sales at Citadel Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., with 3 years of experience in the insurance industry. She oversees sales coordination and supports business growth initiatives.
